Persons from Human Resources/Legal / Personnel/ administration a neglected lot to get an exposure at upper management?

Persons from Human Resources/Legal/ Personnel/ administration are not getting due exposure in higher eschelon/upper management. The reasons & Factors responsible for it. an observation.

Generally Personnel from Marketting, production or finance sides are getting an opportunities as CEO or alike status.
But HRD or ADMN/Or from Personnel field executives or managers seems neglected lot.
As observed from these field they seems reluctant to compromise with organisational interest, never prepared to please client/ customer by illegitimate way i.e. graft, gift, corruption.
This is a class or category who never oblige any body out of legal framework.
This is a class who has to evaluate or appriase the performance & generally they remain quite miser in liberal assessment of personnel, but always maintain realistic approach which is being reflected in their apprisal report.
This is a class who are insisting & maintaining discipline, ideals, ethics & code of conduct along with honest & organisational loyalty in the the organisation which is generally not prefered by any body right from workers to union or a lot who desires to be obliged.
In case of violation of foregoing provison this is the class who is entrusted to initiate disciplinery actions.
Last but not the least this is a lot wh0 never prefers to do any thing for which their conscience does not permit.
These are the factors never liked by any body in the organisation whether it is governmnet or privateor public sector, in this period when any body wants to gain putting aside all morastic ways & here stated approach by short cut, which an HR/ADMN or Legal luminary will never even dreame because they have known, discern & understood the value of right selection for right job. Thus only they can contemplate one decision to select wrong person on right job becomes how much dearer to the organisation.

Should there be reservation for women in Parliament?

Should there be reservation for women in Parliament?

Raising of this kind of question it self is denigrating women.
now a days when we are talking of most power full women across the world without any reservation is this not seems hypothetical question humiliating women?
According to me know any bill is required for women empowerment. let the woman be her own power. why women should be at the mercy of any statute? By any kind of reservation mercy is being exhibited to the class which is crippling it. let them be stand on their own feet.
In recent era globe has observed the power of women by their dominance from road to space, kindergarten to university, business process out source sing to CEO of software & Information Company &from cook to hotel management or CEO of corporate world & even at political arena too. Under the circumstances why this kind of hypocrisy should be there>? Just to show that the progress of women is at the mercy or sacrifice (So called) of male dominated society? To exploit the women at later stage under one or other guise.

Should India have a two-party system?

Should India have a two-party system?
Ofcource yes.
As we have observed in last couple of decades the worst ever political turmoil & anarchy created by multi part. especially regional outfits.
Naturally regional outfits have their own priority &issues for which they are going to any extent even up to topple the government at central level. Due to multi party single largest party in the absence of clear majority forced to from coalition with the support of smaller many parties who are influential at local level & capturing couple of sits bargain the coalition for futile issues to serve their selfish motive. many a times even at the cost of national important issues centre has to compromise. this is sheer blackmailing of coalition treachery with the nation too. 123 agreement is live example.Defection & split has become routine due to multi party, ultimately stability of government comes to stake, that also down the impression of India internationally.
many a times the post of President, Vice president or speaker is being bargained to continue support ultimately competent & more qualified persons from larger parties or fro m eminent fields are deprived & nation becomes loser. To curb all these menace two party system is the lone alternative left with us.

Drawbacks/Shortcomings in existing system of governance

Existing system of selecting & posting Chief Executive officer in every government department is generaly from civil services. Which is the pattern & system adopted by britishers in their time. Meanwhile much water has been flown in the rivers/ seas.
In today's era of globalisation & openness, highly competitive time we should have a second thought regarding this.
As per general perception Now period is changed. It is of specialisation in every field & obviously from civil services alone a candidate can" fulfill all aspirations of being technocrat, legal professional, medico, planner or financial expert. These are the need of the hour. We are finding education, social service, health or law & order or quasi judicial services executives also from civil services who did not succed in toto in the administration. Obviously none is supposed to know every thing that's why pro9fessinal approach should be encouraged & adopted in governance to improve it with transparemncy.
Also general impression created on the mind of people of an IAS officers is of much artrogant, colonial,& if called like feudal one will not be an exxagration.
As they people never reach at grasroot level. also if anybody brought to their notice their misconception their ego is being hurt 7 never candidly accepted. If we want's to improve the administration specialist from each field should be projected given an autonomy, free hand with regular revie & folloup of the schemes constantly at grassroot level.
