i am surprised looking in to both form.
When we are periodicaly doing one or other kind of survey by various departments
Why following can also be snnchrosied with census & NPR
1/ Income detail
2/ Employment or professional/ self employment detail
3/ Study or school drop out

If all column can be included we can have simyultaneous details on Bellow poverity line, school drop out & unemployment datas too.

also all these datas ncan certainly be more reliable than scatterd survey.
Thus significant amounbt can be saved from public exchequer too.
